Alexander Haldemann has worked and lived in Asia, Europe and North America. He was educated in Switzerland and studied International Management. Alexander completed his doctorate at the University of Zurich.
A member of MetaDesign’s Executive Board for over ten years, Alexander consults clients in strategic branding and communication issues. He continues to be involved in academic research, giving lectures on brand strategy at business schools around the world. Alexander speaks German, Italian, and English.

Pilar Manjarrez graduated from New York University with a degree in political science. Before joining MetaDesignin 1996, she owned a commercial photography studio where she worked alongside designers and art directors for financial and high-tech companies such as Adobe, Apple, Bank of America, HP, Motorola and Siemens.
At MetaDesign, Pilar heads up operations and human resources working with clients, consultants, and MetaDesign project teams. She has lived and worked in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
